MANGO STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 Serving Glass
Ingredients
- Half ripe mango
- 8-10 strawberries
- 1 stick Equal Gold Sweetener
- 2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
- Chop mango into pieces and place in a blender, followed by strawberries and ice.
- Add in low-fat yoghurt, milk and Equal Gold Sweetener
- Blend them until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish on top with fresh fruits.
