MANGO STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

1 Serving Glass

Ingredients

  • Half ripe mango
  • 8-10 strawberries
  • 1 stick Equal Gold Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

  1. Chop mango into pieces and place in a blender, followed by strawberries and ice.
  2. Add in low-fat yoghurt, milk and Equal Gold Sweetener
  3. Blend them until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish on top with fresh fruits.
